About the Project
Location: Thessaloniki Centre. Area: 47 sq.m. Description: Located at Agiou Dimitriou str. above Agion Apostolon Church, this back-facing mini apartment on the 8th floor of a classic typology 60’s building, has an undistracted breathtaking view of the whole city center and Thermaikos Gulf. This prime feature in combination with the fact that we were designing a short term rental apartment, led the planning and design of the space. Clean but warm lines form compact ergonomics and high aesthetics. Fluidity threw spaces with main focus throughout the plan being the framing of the panoramic views of the city alongside with high construction detailing, materiality and easy living. Raw oak and lacquered surfaces in addition to terrazzo notes and custom made light fixtures, form an organic result for a holistic experience of the city.
