About the Project
Location: Evaggelistria area, Thessaloniki. Area: 248 sq.m. Description: Designed as a calm presence in the lively neighbourhood of Evangelistria, KE15 blends warm materials, soft tones and clean lines to create a refined residential identity. The building accommodates five compact studios of 25–28 sq.m. and a 93 sq.m. duplex residence, each shaped with a focus on light, comfort and efficient living. The façade combines greige natural plaster, white surfaces, stone and warm wooden elements, creating a balanced composition that stands out within the dense urban fabric. Glass railings and thin linear lighting highlight the geometry of the volumes, giving the building a refined contemporary character both during the day and at night. Inside, each apartment is designed with functionality and comfort in mind. The material palette continues in a softer, more tactile form, with custom-built details that enhance usability and create a coherent design identity across all living units. KE15 expresses a modern approach to urban living: clean lines, natural materials, thoughtful proportions and an architecture that feels warm, welcoming and distinctly residential.
