About the Project
Location: Thermi area, Thessaloniki. Area: 240 sq.m. Description: Grace House belongs to a six-residence complex in Thermi, where we reshaped selected architectural elements, crafted the full interior design, and reimagined the rooftop with a planted layout and a discreetly integrated pool. Inside, soft geometries meet warm woods, textured finishes, and muted earthy tones. The bespoke joinery, built-in furniture, and custom-crafted lighting pieces give the house its own quiet rhythm — nothing unnecessary, everything intentional. Every element is designed and made specifically for this project, resulting in a home that feels calm, playful, and effortlessly coherent.
