About the Project
Location: Thessaloniki & Athens. Area: 160 sq.m./store. Description: Join Juice Bars is a multidisciplinary project that unites architecture, interior design, branding and product experience into a cohesive urban environment. The intervention reimagines the typical juice bar typology as a vibrant, contemporary space that embodies freshness, health, and daily energy. Each store was carefully designed to balance functionality with atmosphere: natural light, custom joinery, and thoughtfully detailed surfaces guide visitors through service counters, seating zones, and circulation paths with ease. The interiors combine warm wood, subtle textures, and a restrained color palette that evokes vitality without overwhelming. Lighting, signage, and integrated furniture were crafted to enhance both the brand identity and the customer experience, creating a continuous narrative from exterior to interior. Every element — from the built-in counters to the bespoke display units — was designed and executed specifically for these stores, resulting in spaces that are playful, inviting, and efficient. Join Juice Bars transforms the daily routine into a sensory experience: a place where architecture, design, and brand story come together to support healthy, enjoyable living.
