About the Project
Location: Kalamaria area, Thessaloniki. Area: 574 sq.m. Description: K11 is a residential building in Kalamaria designed by One Drop from the first line of the façade to the last detail of each apartment. Clean volumes, balanced openings, and a restrained palette of concrete, soft plaster and metal accents shape a building that sits confidently — but never loudly — in its urban context. The interiors follow the same attitude: warm wood, light tonal contrasts, and carefully detailed surfaces. All built-in elements are custom-made — from the joinery to the integrated storage and architectural details — giving each apartment a clear identity while keeping a playful, contemporary character that ties the whole building together.
