About the Project
Location: Thessaloniki Center. Area: 30 sq.m. Description: Sand Studio is a fully renovated Airbnb micro-apartment, designed as a tactile and inviting retreat. Wood, mosaic tiles and soft textiles shape a warm, layered interior, while a continuous custom-made wall integrates storage, seating, kitchen elements and lighting into a single architectural gesture. The layout was carefully reworked to maximise flow and flexibility, allowing the space to transform between living, sleeping and hosting with ease. Every fixed element — from the joinery to the lighting and built-in furniture — was designed and crafted specifically for this project, turning a small footprint into a rich, spatial experience. A warm, compact micro-apartment designed for slow, effortless living.
